How can I get Booked in?

Do I need to be present whilst the Valet is taking place?

Your presence is not required during the valet service.
However, we do require access to an outdoor tap and an electrical plug socket reachable with a 20m extension cable.
We do require access to your vehicle when conducting Full Interior & Exterior Packages.

Which areas do you Cover?

Based in Lincoln, we cover Lincoln and the wider area of Lincolnshire. 

We have no specific service radius, so don't hesitate to contact us if you're concerned about distance. 

How much does it cost to get my car Valeted?

Pricing varies depending on the size of your vehicle and the specific detailing package you choose.
We offer a range of services designed to meet different needs and budgets, all delivering our signature premium quality.

Do you require the use of my Water & Electricity?

Though we are a mobile service, for the time being we do require access to your water and electricity. 
We will require an outdoor tap, along with a plug socket that a 20m extension cable can extend to. 
As the business grows and reaches new heights, we do plan to develop into a fully mobile service where we would offer our own water and electricity supplies. Your custom helps us to reach these goals in making our service bigger and better, as much of our profit is reinvested into the business in order to constantly improve our service for the customer. 

Does Scuderia Offer Maintenance Plans?

Yes we do! 
We offer a comprehensive maintenance plan to meet the needs of your vehicle. 
Available fortnightly and monthly. 
Offering an affordable, frequent service for customers who like to stay ontop of their vehicles condition.

How long does a Valet take?

The duration of the valet depends on the condition of the vehicle and the required package. 
We work as efficiently and meticulously as possible in order to offer a smooth service at your convenience.

You will receive an estimated time frame for the completion of your package upon booking. 

What Payment Methods do we accept?

We accept cash or bank transfer. 
An invoice can be provided upon payment. 

Do we charge for excessive pet hair removal?

Yes, excessive pet hair removal may incur an additional charge due to the specialised tools and extra time required to meticulously remove all traces. This ensures your vehicle's interior is left spotless and fresh.

Contact us today to recieve an accurate quotation or we can price up pet hair removal upon inspection of the vehicle. 

What Happens in the event of bad weather?

We will contact you in the event of any unsuitable weather.

This may include heavy rain, strong winds and extreme cold. 
We will always reschedule your booking for a time that suits you. 
The quality of our work is of uptmost importance, and certain weather conditions can impact the final finish. 

What Insurance do you have to protect my property?

As lovers of cars ourseleves, we understand that vehicles can be somebody's pride and joy. 
Not only this but a vehicle is the second biggest investment individuals make after housing costs. 
Therefore, we understand the need for attention to detail and reassurances when working on your vehicle. 
We are fully insured, with full Public Liability Insurance covering damage to property and Upto £2 million in value.

Be Careful with some valeters claiming to have Public Liability Insurance, many don't realise that not all Public Liability covers property damage as a result of treatments and chemicals, but you can rest assured that ours does. 

We are more than happy to provide proof of our Insurance upon request. 

Can I cancel my Booking?

We understand that situations change and individuals lead busy lifestyles. 
However, please try to give us at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation.

This allows us to open the booking for another valued customer.

We understand that this is not always possible, so don't be afraid to contact us if circumstances mean you weren't able to cancel within the window. 

We are more than happy to reschedule appointments. 

In the event of persistent cancellations we do reserve the right to remove you from our booking system.
